Does 8RDA3I support Mobile processors?

I have an 8RDA3I and I tried a Mobile Athlon XP-M 2400+ on it only to find out it won't work at all! The PSU works, fans are spinning, but the debug leds show code FF and it stays like that. Same behaviour as when there's no CPU installed. No beeps or anything.

The board has the latest BIOS. I tried resetting the CMOS to no effect.

Can anything be done to make it POST? Could the JCLK jumper have anything to do with it? (switches between 100/133 FSB and 133/166/200).

Can anyone definitely tell whether the 8RDA3I works or not with Mobile CPU's?
