COMPUTER AS BELOW.

Looking for a new/better video card for:
1. HDTV, play on-line movies, into My HDTV.

2 Copying videos, video work. Looking for a better frame rates when processing videos.

I don't need to break the bank on an AGP card, but spending $150 or so, isn't out of the question.
