Hahah, I was trying to figure out what to name mine (my last one was just Seawolf) and I was trying to think of 'Infected ' something after my favorite band...just went with 'The Source' muahahahah.

I agree in that it really does need an app ecosystem. I'm thinking of developing a game myself, because I've never seen a player this graphically impressive.

Theoretically they might move the branding to Bing, but I doubt it. I've seen no reason to believe this.

Five years later, Zune's troubled journey comes to an end :-

As of today, Zunes are no longer corporeal beings, Microsoft announced on zune.net. After five years of struggling uphill against a flood of Apple’s iPod products, Zune hardware is being discontinued, although the brand name will live on as the name of Microsoft’s media services.
