yeah, that would work. However, I'd watch for badly coded stuff out there. Some of them doesn't allow you to run them over 48000kHz which will crash the title in any scenario. Like the new Call of Juarez 2 or ghostbusters for example.

Anyway, nice 'todays' solution for the matter. That still doesn't explain soundMAXeven their newer cards can't do this which is begin to be kinda hilarious.
