Ethernet controller wont install

Hi guys and gals,
I have a ABit IN9 32x wifi motherboard. When I upgraded to Vista 64 bit Home pre from xp, device manager does not see the ethernet controller and I have no network connections. I cant get it to install. I have tried the driver that came with the motherboard, the latest off Abits website and Nvidia website. Has anyone solved this problem? Thanks ina advance.

Make sure you didn't accidentally disable it in your BIOS.

Device manager says its not installed and have a ? by it.

Good thought but is still enabled in the bios. It installs fine with Vista 32 just not 64 bit
