I've just bought one of these for my Intel Atom mini-ITX PC:-

And suitably impressed with how tiny it is, and how stable the power is from it. Super efficient also (provided you've actually got a machine that will run on less than 90W... :) )

yeah the 12v is all done outside that bit turns 12v into 3.3 and 5v

Yeah, you just need a standard laptop style AC/DC 12V power brick, which are pretty cheap from most Mini-ITX shops.
