RAID USERS NOTE
This installer is just an Executable Archive built using Innosetup, it does not install any drivers onto your system, all it does is copy the Driver installation files to the chosen directory. to access the files in this pack, you need to run the exe to unpack it to where ever you choose, then you may copy the files to a F6 installation diskette

ETHERNET DRIVERS NOTE
Uninstall your current Ethernet Drivers COMPLETELY, before installing the nForce NRM Ethernet drivers in this pack.

Little side note: What does "customised WHQL" mean? Users may be irritated, when they realise, that the driver has not been digitally signed by MS.

it means it was originally WHQL, and has been modified to work on other chips.

its because some people have a thing about only installing drivers that have, or were originally digitally signed

Squall, I have a few updates for you.

SMU: version 1.31 WHQL for XP is found in the nForce 630a package (you currently use 1.23).

Hypertransport Bus: version 4.59 WHQL for XP is found in the nForce 680 package (you currently use 4.57).

NRM Ethernet: version 65.65 WHQL for XP is found in the nForce 630a package and 67.15 WHQL for XP is found in the nForce 650i package (you currently use 65.44).


I am not sure if you just missed these, but I figured I would at least let you know. Great work for all of the legacy NF2/3 users by the way!!!

i only add drivers as i have the ability to test them, i've had no computers come through for me to actually test such drivers on of late.. so i've been getting friends i have who i run a small beta program with to do it.

unfortunately its a bit hard to coordinate the time to do it...

it would make it much easier (on my download limit.... which is almost gone already...) if people could package the individual updated files and put em on megaupload or another file sharing site.. or even email them to me if the file is small enough.

Are the files still being uploaded or did you just forget to remove that line from your first post?
I downloaded them but am hesitant to try them because I think you re-uploaded the 11.16 due to an unspecified problem? It may also be that I got it completely wrong

there was no problem , i just updated the installer info to inform people that it doesn't install the driver by running the exe, it just extracts it.

only the X64 pack is still uploading 44%... i miss my 256kb upload speed

I want to report an error with 11.16:

I encounter the follwing (trying to translate) four times:

..{path}.. is just my path and not part of the error message

That's why I didn't restart my machine yet.

PS: I intentionally didn't uninstall my ethernet driver but the above errors are about SMBus and IDE anyway.

Hope you know where that error comes from. I have an nForce4 Ultra chipset.
