Much of the confusion with points is due to the BOINC credit system, and trying to combine that with the UD system. UD client for WCG works same as grid. BOINC client has some quorum system, where they send the same unit out to 3 people, and assuming they all come back with the same result, they use some form of average of the Claimed Credit (the number you see on the Results Status page) to determine your Granted Credit. The Granted Credit is then put into a formula to convert it to an equivalent UD client score...which is the score used in team score. So, if that 269 you had mentioned before was BOINC credit, that is actually pre-conversion. It'll be much closer (possibly even more) after it gets converted. Note, for the stats junkie in you, this means you have 2 sets of stats...the regular WCG stats, as well as WCG BOINC stats (which is why there are 2 options in the statsig).
http://www.boincstats.com/ is a good site after you get stats.
It looks like something may be wrong with your BOINC install or something (I personally haven't run it enough to know what, though)...

In your second image, with the results status, you have 0 CPU Time, yet claiming 60+ points. If you click on the Workunit Name, you can see the status of the people you're validating against, the number of points they were awarded, etc. Note that you don't get points until the status gets changed to "valid" or "invalid".
You should probably see the 514 points from the UD client in the next team stats update.
