What's Latest Word on A7N8X Deluxe Uber 1007 Sata Enhanced?

I hear that Demoulous has pulled the A7N8X Deluxe Uber 1007 Sata Enhanced BIOS from his site because of problems. Has anyone heard if these problems are actually because of the BIOS or a user thing?
What is the story with this?

Te 4.3.3.3 BIOS he used is only compatible with the SI3512 chipset; the ASUS series of boards only use the 3212.

So better to stick with the standard Uber. It has an updated SATA BIOS anyway.

BIOS version 4.2.xx is for the SiI3112A, while BIOS version 4.3.xx is for the SiI3512. Older versions of the SiI3112A BIOS (4.1.35, 4.1.50), are also provided for reference.

Perhaps we could use a BIN-modding utility to just dump the 4.1.50 SATA BIOS into the BIN file, to correct the problem?

I think I will just stick with the standard Uber. I have not yet read any comments about how the standard Uber 1007 is working. Anyone tried it yet?

Why would you want to put the 4.1.50? The Asus image already has the 4.2.15 or something like that.

I meant to say the 4.2.27 SATA BIOS... sorry, I was looking at too many things at once.

Uber 1007 is working fine for me .. no probs at all. Slightly improved performance in some areas, not tested the oc'ing yet properly
