Hi,

as in subject, i have problems with a full unlocked AMD Barton XP-M 2400+ and an ASUS A7N8X-X (BIOS 1010, the last i suppose) motherboard.

The dissy is Globalwin cak 4 88-T modified with a ThermalTake Volcano 12 fan.

The video card is an ATI Sapphire Radeon X800-Pro.

I have tested with two sets of DDR, the first is a 2x512 DDR400 (V-Data and Elixir), the second is a 2x1GB DDR500 (can't remember the manufacturer), in both case i have the problems, so i think it's not a RAM fault...

Of course @ standard frequency (133x13.5 1,45V) the system works fine.

I think that the best configuration is with the multiplier set to 11 (if it's not please correct me), and i've tested many frequencies.

But...

When I exceed the 172x11@1,65V, for example 173x11, the games in DirectX do not run.

Only games in DirectX!!!

All OpenGL games works fine also at 200x12,5@1,75V, and the system is still stable (superPI test)!

I have thought that it could be an AGP matter, but i have verified with ntune and the frequency is 67MHz.

Can you help me please?

Thank you very much! Smile
