Im running office 2007 and using Outlook 2007 for my emails and calendar, which all the updates inc service packs have been done for office.

Ive started having a problem over the past few days where when i start outlook it tells me that it wasnt closed down properly the last time and do i want to start it in safemode, and this is everytime i open it even tho i have closed it properly.

Anyone shed some light on this?

Usually it means some of the message store got corrupted one way or another...could've been anything from the app not closing properly to something timing out on shutdown to...who knows. It can fix itself, but if it keeps happening I suspect support.microsoft.com has more info on it.
