NF8 problem - won`t start after shut-down

Hello , i have a NF8 mainboard with an Athlon Xp 2800+ (64bit) on it.
After i whut-down the computer, it won`t start again until i reset the bios (CMOS jumper ...). I have noo ideea what is the problem . I have an UPS that manages the Voltage problems(if any). Anybody had the same problem ? What can i do ? Thx in advanced.

plug it in direct

does it beep when not booting..what happens

have you cleaned it out and reseated ram vga etc

Thx for the reply . The computer doesn`t start at all . No beep no nothing !
All is clean inside . I have to tell u that the computer was in other location and worked just fine . I assumed that it could be a power supply problem ( checked-no problem found ) , i got the APC and a curent regulator . With my other computer a SEMPRON 3000+ Asrock Mainboard i have no problem + 2 more laptops with diffrent configurations .it`s very strange this computer. Can be a usb problem ? the only change made was pluging in the usb key ( i have a security usb key - ). Could be an usb problem ? or what ?

keep it simple stick an old ps2 keyboard in it

you moved it so reseat ram and vga and other cards

soo... i do`nt use keyboard or mouse on usb ports .
when i push the power on button nothing happens. by nothing i mean ... no fan spining, no memory tes beep no nothing ! like the wire from the power button to mainboard is cut , but i know is not ( checked that too ). That`s not making any sens cuz if i reset the CMOS the button works again ! Soo i`m sure that is something hardware or a conflict with something ! I have noo ideea .

I`ve upgraded the BIOS with the latest release and it`s working now , but i`m sure that the problem is not solved at all ... soo i`m surfing all the net for the answer .... till now NADA !
