Since I know, that you have an nForce4 RAID system, your result is not a big surprise for me.
Additional questions:
1. Which nForce4 chipset (AMD/Intel Ultra/SLI/SLIx16) has your mainboard?
2. Which nVRAID BIOS version is your mainboard currently using?
3. Did you check, that all NVIDIA SATA and RAID devices - even the hidden ones - have been updated, before you rebooted?
4. Which nForce SATA and RAID driver version were you running previously?
@ all:
If anyone should be interested in testing an NF4-7 Driverpack for Windows XP (32bit) with included nForce IDE drivers v11.1.0.23, please let me know it.
I have already prepared it with similar components as the Vista&Win7 Test Driverpacks, but with added TXTSETUP.OEM and customized INF files.

It might be the newest nVRAID BIOS version, which the mainboard manufacturer is offering for your board, but there are newer nVRAID versions available, which are working with NF4 RAID Controllers without any problem. You may try to flash v5.60. Look here.dajife wrote:2. nvRAID BIOS version 5.50 (is the newest).

This is bad news for users with an nForce4 chipset mainboard.mbyte wrote:I have similar problem with DrivePack x64 on Windows 7 RC x64 (BSOD after install and restart).
I have Nforce4 ultra chipset (DFI Lanparty nf4 UltraD) with latest bios (nvRAID BIOS version 5.5). I'm using 2 SATA HDD but without RAID.

Ok, it was worth a try. Now we know, that an update of the nVRAID BIOS version will not solve the problems of NF4 users to get these brandnew nForce SATARAID drivers installed.dajife wrote:I flashed my nVRAID BIOS to 6.94 version and problem persist.

Another idea:
Since you reported, that you were able to get the nForce SataRAID drivers v10.3.0.46 of NVIDIA's Vista x64 driverpack 15.25 properly installed onto your NF4 RAID system, I have slightly modified again my 64bit test package. If you want to test this refreshed version, you may download it from here.
Thanks again for your efforts to get the new drivers installed.

Fernando
