Need Power Supply + CPU Fan & Heatsink for Asus A7N8X De

Hello,

I need help picking a Power supply as well as a CPU Fan & Heatsink for my Asus A7N8X Deluxe.

Power Supply must be atleast 450 watts.
Semi-Silent Fans for the PSU and heatsink is a must.

My price range for both around $50 to $100. I wont spend more than that for the two combined. I just need this thing up and running again for the least amount of $ ftw.

This pc will be used for audio applications such as Cubase Nuendo 3 with lots of vst plug-ins running at once. I will not be overclocking and gaming on this thing.
