N4SLI-A9 SLI Recognition Problems

I have just upgraded my 7900GS KO cards to a pair of 8800GTS cards. The bios recognizes the cards in the sli mode. The device manager shows both cards, but the 2nd card has the yellow ballon on it. When you click on properties the device status states (1)This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12) and (2)If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. I am running 2 pci devices. In the pci#3 slot is my Hauppauge PVR card and in slot#4 is a 4port USB card. I have removed them both and there is no change. I have swapped both cards and tried them individually in my pc and my sons's pc. There is no problem with either 8800gts. Does anyone have any experience with this problem or suggestions.
