msi liveupdate will not download

Hi all: I cannot get the latest liveupdate file from the MSI website. Every time I try I get pathetic download speeds and if I do get it downloading, it will run at around 4k/second, get 25% completed then stop. I have searched on google, but all the links just take me back to MSI.
I want to update my K7N2G-L bios to the latest version, but...
I tried using liveupdate 2 that came on my mainboard CD but that crashes and will not run. I hesitate to burn a floppy and update bios that way.
Does anyone know of a link that I can get liveupdate from that actually works?

try late at night their servers arnt as busy then.

MSI r like ASUS, their website arnt the fastest of sites.
