7nnxp,does it have USB 2.0 in the back I/O panel?

OK im at a standstil on IF tyhis 7NNXP has USB 2.0 and IF i have to use the BACK 2 USB port panel to GET the 2.0 USB??
I have SP2 installed on a windows XP home and i have the "bios usb 1.1/2.0" ENABLED,SOOO why the heck do i get on my LExar RWo22 version A multicard reader a"error the USB mass storage device is a HIGH SPEED DEVICE an NON_Hi speed port it will will function at a reduced speed if plugged into a NON hi speed port"
Then it goes to a "device amnager" list with 6 USB ports(6 port usb HUB), the board supports 6 usb with 2 being in a USB header and a"add on 2 port" back plate plug in. I have a 4 port usb HUB an di plug into that and it says the same thing! SOOOOOOO is this board capable OF USB 2.0 on its OWN orrr does it need a "pci usb 2.0 port" add in card to support USB 2.0 ????????
