No audio with a P4M800

Hi everybody, I'm new around here. Please forgive my mistakes with the english.
I have just assembled a pc with a Biostar P4M800-M7A proc P4 640 HT.
Rear audio plugs are not working. Tried to update drivers and checked settings, no way.
I am not sure on the internal audio connector. The only reference in the MB manual is this image (please klik):



Pins 11-12 and 13-14 are shorted by jumpers. Can someone tell me if this setting is correct for normal use with headphones and mic, no surround and front case pc audio plugs needed.
