I'm looking for a few brave souls to test this BIOS. Nobody around here has any reason to trust my programming skills or anything so I'll understand some skepticism
I've been running tictac's F6 BIOS for a long time and I really wanted to flash the new BIOS however tictac's offer some features that are just not available in any stock BIOS for this board.
I've been doing some reading and editing and I think I have a solid copy of F11 BIOS for the GA-7N400-L that has all the unhidden options errrr.....unhidden.
I am running on it right now and it seems to work perfectly, so if anyone is interested, feel free to PM me and I'll e-mail it to you as I do not have a place to host it.
As usual the disclaimer applies: You assume the risk of blowing up your own stuff by trying this, so don't blame me blah blah blah

Features unhidden:
AGP/FSB spread spectrum
System BIOS cacheable
Vid RAM cacheable
MPS version control
Boot other device
IDE prefetch mode
DIMM overvoltage +0.3
AGP overvoltage +0.3
All the settings for the unhidden options have been left at default, so theoretically the BIOS shouldn't be much different from the standard F11 til you start turning things on or off.

I believe it's called bus disconnect and it's a feature that's enabled in a different way. I also hear it doesn't work well with nforce mobos.
Might be worth a shot though

the latest bios (doesn't have to be modded) does. you just gotta FSB to manual and then it should give you increments.
Oh and DEDloc any chance you can put some manual Vcore control in the bios? |
