Does such a case exist for say less than $250? I would like a full ATX HTPC with one or more 120mm exhaust fans. Thx.

Well, this doesn't have 120's, but my dad just built a new HTPC rig with this case. The thing is VERY well built, looks AWESOME in black, and is extremely quiet. It has a very nice clean look to it when it's running. It's just two little blue lights on the front. The chrome around the buttons is a nice clean touch too.

When the rig is running, it's nearly silent. I forget all his specs, but he's running an Asus AM2 board, stock heatsink, and his video card (MSI RX2600xt, fanless design.), and 4 HD's. It's extremely cool! Running 28-30C idle. My dad has it sitting in a cabinet, and the case never even gets warm to the touch. Although the room it's in is the cooler room in the house, the case has a pretty good cooling design.

The only downside with the case is if your packing the drive bays full, it gets a bit tight. Your the cable management master though! Razz Laughing This is def a case worth looking into. Also, if your not in a huge rush, watch newegg. They like to throw a rebate in with this case, and you can pick it up for $100 pretty regularly. (They are quick about rebates too! My dad got his back in 4 weeks.)

Apparently the ASUS P5E-VM HDMI mATX is a good little board...so I might just be able to go the Antec Fusion Black 430 like I wanted to to start with Smile. That was actually the case I was looking at though (the SS one you have) if I couldn't find a 120mm case or a mATX mobo.

Off the original topic: G.Skill 5-5-5-15 DDR2-1000 or OCZ Reaper 4-4-4-15 DDR2-800. Stock voltage on both is the same.

One of these :-

Nice little boxes, with a solid 80PLUS efficient PSU (which is what you need when it's on all the time).

The only issue I had with it was that the 405 BIOS doesn't like having onboard sound disabled. Disabling in Windows is fine though.

Go with the cheaper memory unless you plan on some major overclocking, or getting a chip with 1666MHz FSB.

I think thats the same PSU as the one in the Fusion 430, expect it's the 430w model...?
I guess I'll go with the $80 for 4gb of that OCZ stuff then. Thanks everyone Smile.
