K8N Neo2 no video problem

I have a K8N Neo2 Platinum with an 2GHz Athlon 64 that has been a reliable machine over the years and I want to switch out the old 9800XT with the horrifically loud fan to a new fanless XFX nVidia 6200 256MB video card (yes, I know it's not an upgrade, I don't use this box for gaming). I have 2x512MB of OCZ memory and am not overclocking at all (at least not anymore).

When I swap the cards, the board won't even POST. If I pop in the old ATI card, no problem, but otherwise nada. It just spins the fans momentarily and gives up. I've cleared the CMOS and looked in the manual for any jumpers that might be helpful...any ideas?

If memory serves, I have the 1.C BIOS, but I can't be sure (the old ATI card is now retired permanently). Using the ATI card is not an option, but for the life of me I can't figure out what can be causing this problem...

Never mind, bad power supply...odd it decided to die right when I swapped video cards though.

New video card might have needed more power than the old one and the old PSU might have been at its peak.
