Fernando 1,

The chipset of my Tyan motherboard is nForce Pro 2200. Can your NF4-7 Performance Packs be used for this motherboard for Windows XP Pro 32 bit?

nVidia's driver 15.17 did not provide correct RAID support. The official version on nVidia's webpage for nForce Pro 2000 series is now 15.16 for Win XP. But I am afraid that might not work either.

Edit: Sorry. I meant to post this one under the sticky: "actual WinXP (32/64bit) driver packs for NF4-7 chipsets".

Yes, my "NF4-7 Performance Packs" do support all nForce chipsets from NF4 up inclusive the nForce Pro 2000/3000 series.

Fernando 1,

Thank you for your response.

I just posted a follow up under the sticky: "actual WinXP (32/64bit) driver packs for NF4-7 chipsets."

In summary, NF4-5 non-AHCI WHQL Driver Packs worked. But NF4-7 Performance Packs did not.

The "NF4-7 Performance Pack" is supporting your nForce chipset too, but due to the fact, that the included nForce IDE drivers are modified you cannot load them from scratch.
If you want to use the nForce IDE drivers v9.99.09, you have to update your currently running ones manually within the device manager. You have to update all NVIDIA related Controllers (even the hidden ones) and don't reboot unless you are sure, that all devices (nForce S-ATA Controllers, nForce RAID Controllers and nForce RAID Class Devices) have gotten the updated driver version.
