Sorry. I did decide on a P5NT-Deluxe but I'm looking to replace it. It's been nothing but a nightmare of persistent freezing. I can't do a thing with no matter what I try (and I've tried a lot) and it's gotten progressively worse since yesterday. It even freezes during Memtests!! Sad
I'm just looking for something that'd be stable for a Q9450.

I'm shoving it aside 'til I can be bothered to work with it again. Laughing

i had that problem on my ASUS M2N SLI Deluxe and found out it was the Networking software that installs with drivers.

Also try a bios flash...

If not i have reciently built a friend of mine a P4 system using one of these...

I've done a BIOS flash but to no avail. This one might do just fine.
I'd love to have one of these, though :-

XFX nForce 790i Ultra SLI (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard (MB-N790-IUL9)

Unless you plan on going SLI, there's no particularly compelling reason to go with an nvidia chipset IMO.

ive used a few of XFX products, yes they seem ok but to be honest i wasnt overly impressed with the after sales service and support u get from them compared to other companies like ASUS, MSI, ABIT etc.

I think I'll go for the Asus P5Q Deluxe. Cheers, one and all.
