A friend of mine bought my old Shuttle SN45G and put Vista on it. However it appears that Vista will not allow him to now use his CDRW Drive. He switched out many drives and still nothing at all.
We found out that there are no drivers for Nforce 2 and Vista.
Anyone know of a way to fix this?

Have you tried swapping BIOS? I had installed Vista on nForce2 boards many times, and despite no drivers everything was working.
Perhaps you should give us more specs of the system... |

It has the latest BIOS.
Ok let me try to remember the specs....
Athlon 2400 Barton Core CPU
1gb of Ultra Ram
200GB HDD
LG DVDRW Drive |

| Users with an nForce2 chipset mainboard should take the MS IDE drivers instead of the nForce ones. |
