My wprime time is awful : 42s...I don't know what's wrong. Super PI takes a decent 17s to compute 1M...

Nah that sounds fine, the new 1.60 version of wPrime doesn't seem to corelate with previous versions anyway, i.e. it takes longer

Run the 1.55 version instead, the newer one seems a bit fubar.
