Vista and raid0

Hello, I have a LanParty UT nF4 SLI-DR. I have been trying to install vista home premium x86 on a raid0 with two 74GB drives. The drives are connected to the nvidia controller and not the silicon image controller. I have gone into the nvidia raid utility by pressing f10 during the boot process. I have created the array and the nvidia raid utility now reports a 138 GB stripe array. It has also been made bootable in the utility. Now here is where I start having problems. I boot to the vista dvd but it still sees both drives separately. I have downloaded the sataraid drivers from the nvidia website and loaded them and refreshed the drive list. Still shows two drives. I tried the sata_ide driver but it wouldn't install. I have also tried the drivers listed here: http://www.nforcershq.com/forum/vista-and-nvraid-installation-guide-and-troubleshooting-vt66299.html
I don't know what else to try. I have seen other posts on google with similar problems but no working solutions. Anyone else have an idea?

Make sure you follow the raid guide exactly.. I have successfully installed vista x86 in raid-0 on my board (the ultra-d, basically the same as your) and vista x64 on a friends DFi nf4 SLI-DR with no issues whatsoever.. You need to load both drivers, the sata_raid, and the sata_ide or it won't work. I made both my floppies with Fernando1's drivers in the raid guide. Good luck.
