AN7 WITH 2GB - WINDOWS SHOWS 1GB

Hello my friends ...
I Had to sticks of corsair memory 512mb in position 1 and 3 . Now i add a stick of 1Gb kingson memory in position 2 . All went fine .PC works fine but the weird is that Bios and cpuZ shows 2gb ram and in windows System Properties Panel shows 1GB ram .
I don't know what to do ..

Any Ideas ?

NF2 boards are extremely picky about those 1GB sticks

Does the 1GB stick work by itself? If it does try adding one 512MB stick at a time and see what happens.

I had to do this on a HP DL365 Opteron Server once, it just hated me

Two things to try:

Put a 512MB stick in slot 1 and the other 512MB stick in slot 2. Put the 1GB stick in slot 3.

As you boot up with this configuration, go into BIOS and set memory timings to "SPD." Once the memory is properly detected, reboot and then set the timings as you desire.
