There is a POST reporter as a feature of the BIOS of my motherboard,
instead of being helpful in anyways its rather creating problems for me.
The POST reporter continuously produces a sound saying " System failed CPU test".
even if the POST feature is disabled in the BIOS settings. And this is the major issue am
facing because of which i can not listen anything else from the sound output of my system.

Please help me with to resolve these issues and let me know ASAP that what could be the problem and how to deal.

i had a similar problem when i had my board of that model where it would state my CPU fan had failed all the time, in the end i just disabled the reporter and system went on to work for almost 2 years fine.

Just disable the post reporter, usually those things are more trouble than they are worth, you won't find it hard to diagnose yourself if your CPU ever stops working..!

well man i have already tried all that,
disabled POST reporter, checked the CPU fans and all that,
even reseted the BIOS to default so many times.
Nothing is working and i even wrote a mail to ASUS people,
but there was no reply from their side.
