If it holds up half as good as my M7NCG 400 it will be a good mobo. I've put mine through all kinds of heck, and it has held up as good as the first day I bought it. $65 is a great price considering you don't even have to buy a video card. Some half-decent games might be playable on it. No games like BF2 or F.E.A.R obviously, but still...

Get a CG core for your cpu on socket 754. That is a 754 right? Do you plan overclocking? What cpu are you going with?

I can't wait for more bios and overclocking info and feedback on these Biostar t6100 boards and those from other manufacturers. On the face of it, it looks very good with very wide multiplier and CPU voltage options

Keep us posted on this one. I read a few of the reviews on this board last night. Seems like anyone that has used it likes it, and I guess it can OC pretty well. Let us know how it goes! Cool

Biostar Tforce 6100-939 here, like this board way better than the ECS RS480-M (ATI Express200) I used to have in this sytem.

Biostar doesn't list any drivers or bios updates for my board (although I emailed them about the bios and they sent me the latest one). The drivers are the same as what the M9 and M7 6100 boards use.

Just got my board with new system. A64 3700+ san diego core, 2gb ocz platinum ram. I know the basics of overclocking and haven't had much luck with overclocking this board. I'll take any suggestions for overclocking but otherwise the board works great with stock settings. I've been in contact with biostar and am waiting to hear back about bios updates for this board.

2.9 Ghz out of an Opteron 146 http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=973995

As far as I'm concerned this motherboard is probably 90% capable of a DFI Ultra-D

I got one of these boards and it's working fine for me. I put an X2 3800+ in it and had no trouble overclocking it to 2.4ghz (4600+ equivalent, 20% increase) with only a minor voltage increase for stability. I used a Zalman 9500 heatsink and even with both CPUs pegged it doesn't run over 40*C. I could probably really crank the voltage and get another 5% out of it but I'm not sure I care at this point. It's twice as fast as my next best computer.
