Hosting Uber Bios 1013 for A7N8X-E Deluxe + 4.2.79 SATA

Hi, I'm hosting the lastest Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe 1013 BIOS with added v4.2.79 Sil3112 (SATA) BIOS.

It's based on Demoulous' "Uber Bios 1013 for A7N8X-E Deluxe SATA Enhanced" but adding the new SATA BIOS (v4.2.50 on lastest Demolous modded BIOS I could found at 17-02-07, v4.2.79 on my modded BIOS).

I think it may be useful to people trying to use new SATA hard disks or two SATA HDs at once

Here is my story:
I recently bough a new SATA HD: one Seagate 7200.10 with 320GB; I previosly had another Seagate (7200.7 200GB). I had been using Demoulous' Über 1008 BIOS without problems for years until I plugged the new drive:
- After formatting Windows would take ages to boot (10 seconds halt, 2 seconds running, 10 seconds halt...) and was not able to access the new hard disk, Linux (Ubuntu Dapper) would boot but just like Windows was not able to access the hard disk at all.
- With just one of the SATA disks attached Linux and Windows would work flawlessly, with both plugged in it was a no-no.
- Updating to the official 1013 BIOS didn’t helped; I also tried with Uber Bios 1013 and Über Bios 1013 “SATA Enhanced” (with v4.2.50 SATA BIOS) with no luck.
- There were no working mirrors of Bios for the A7N8X-E Deluxe with v4.2.79 SATA

I had just two options left:
- Forget about adding the new hard disk
- Or trying to integrate the v4.2.79 SATA controller module on a working bios while crossing my fingers… that’s what I did, and it worked

Now both drives work on Windows and Linux. I tested them in Windows using old SATA Controller drivers (v1.0.50.1, I think) and the new ones (v1.0.56.1; that are recommended to run in combination with the SATA v4.2.49 BIOS). I noticed no difference with the new drivers.

So I’m offering this Bios to anybody on my situation that does not want (or fears) to mess with the Bios modules and CBRom.

it is the 4.2.50 sata version?? whats wrong?

when i flash my bios to the 4.2.83 version, then the PC tells me that it had a reading error.
