The MCP51 chipset normally contains nForce 430/410 S-ATA Controller chips.
When you are here, enter "nForce" as Product Type, "nForce 4 series" as Product Series and then search for "nForce 430" or "nForce 410" depending on your special mainboard specifications.

You won't find any driver, if you are searching for "MCP51" at NVIDIA's download homepage.
