Help o/c'ing asus striker extreme (not total newbie :))

Ok heres my system:

Intel Q6600 2.4 Quad core cpu (zalman cnps950 cpu ball bearing cooling)

mobo: Asus Striker Extreme (intel)

mem: Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
(factory mem timings are apparently: cas lat-4, 4-4-4-12 2.2volt)

power supply: ocz gamextream OCZ700GXSSLI ATX12V 700W 100 - 240 V

hdd: WD7500AAKS 750GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0

video cards: 2 BFG 8600 GTS OC video cards in SLI mode

id like to have the system running at anywhere between 3 to 3.2 ghz but i dont know what i need to change in the bios at all really... can someone point me to a guide already out on this please or tell me some basic settings i need to do... like i know i need to increase the fsb and change the htt and things like that but with my system im not sure where to start... can someone help please?

vcore - 1.3875
mem - 2.2
1.2 ht - 1.35
nb - 1.45
sb - 1.50
cpu vtt - 1.35

sli broad - disabled
nvidia gpu ex - disabled
sli ready - disabled

all spread spectrums are disabled

enhanced c1 - disabled

cpu internal thermeal control (top) enhanced intel speedstep tech (bottom) - disable

also as mentioned running in SLI mode with 2 BFG Nvidia 8600 GTS OC cards

why in the hell is my 3dmark06 rating ONLY 8675? that seems RATHER AWFUL for my machine doesnt it???? what the hek am i doing wrong?????

is it really those video cards making it so low? my o/c settings, what? im lost
