| I have 2 8800GT cards. I have been reading about how all these folks are getting their G92s to allow PhysX functions. I did not change my driver(175.16) or place a modded .inf in there, I just installed PhysX 8.06 and it seems to be enabled. The PhysX control panel is not greyed out, indicating that I have Geforce Physx. Does anyone have anything else to add? Is there a fool proof method besides Vantage to find out? I tried the demos in the control panel applet and they work. Does that mean it's OK? I have been reading through post after post trying to get my answers, but no joy. |

| It probably does work with those drivers. Its cuda that is needed by the 177.xx drivers. |

Yeah, I thought so. I fired up GRAW2(PhysX game) but nothing changed. I have the new 177.41 driver which they say is better than the 39. I just gave to put the modded inf file in. I am just tired of monkeying around drivers constantly. I will give it a try later today after physical therapy. I usually want to kill something afterwards so gaming works out better than going to the mall  . Powerarmour, will these drivers work with the new F@H cuda client? And offtopic slightly, does that new client work in service mode? |

The new drivers work fine with the 6.12 beta8 GPU2 client, but it doesn't have a service mode as it's just systray only AFAIK. |

| Figured I would finish out this thread with an update. The 177.83/177.84 drivers work with the new PhysX drivers perfectly for 8000 series cards and better. Also they work with the new GPU2 client for F@H. The 84 drivers seem to work better with multi-gpu Folding. |
