Epox Technical Support slow to say the least

I'm trying to get an RMA from Epox technical support. I opened my ticket on Tuesday Nov 14th. They claim to have sent me the RMA info twice but I've never received an email from them. (Yes, I've checked my ISPs SPAM bucket; no emails from Epox there.)

In addition their RMA page generates a ODBC error when I display it.

As these folks that FUBARed?
