Hi, I was wondering if you could offer some advice on what bios settings would optimise my system?. I have installed a new graphics card which is agp. Do you reccomend flashing Bios as its never been done??? cheers

To be honest, I wouldn't really advise flashing a motherboard bios if you don't have any problems, but as long as you follow the manufacturers advice for your board you can't go far wrong, just make sure you don't interrupt the flashing process and make sure you flash the correct bios for your board otherwise you could be left with a square paperweight.

Things to 'tune' in the bios, are to disable any devices/ports that you don't need, memory latency settings, and because you have an AGP card, make sure fast writes/reads are enabled if possible, but usually just 'Auto' settings should suffice.
