Normal nforce 430 operating temperatures?

Hi I currently have a motherboard with an nForce 430 chip and Nvidia Monitorview is detecting the nForce temperature at 56 degrees Celsius at idle. Is this normal? I occasionally play games on my computer and I'm sure the temperature is going above this number when I do but everything seems to be running fine. Also I haven't had any BSOD that I think are associated with this problem. (I say this because once about 3 months ago I got a BSOD supposedly from having some bad Saitek drivers but that was it). Do you guys think I should be safe to continue using my computer like this? Could this cause some problems in the long run?

Also- I contacted nvidia about this and they said to ask my motherboard manufacturer. They said that even thought the chips were the same that sometimes the normal operating temperature would vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. So I called MSI today but I only got through to their answering machine.
