LAN stutters after wake from Standby

Hi all,
when I resume my A7N8X-E-Deluxe from standby, LAN stutters. FTP transfer hangs at around 800kbyte/s with constant stutters. When rebooting everythings is fine again, and FTP brings the expected 10Mbyte/s.

The LAN box is obviously not really reset after resume from standby.

Does somebody have similar problems and has a solution ?
