AMD X2 6000+ with Corsair DDR2 800?

I have a Crosshair with X2 6000+ and TWIN2X2048-6400 with 5-5-5-12-1T. The BIOS is set to 800 Mhz mem and shows 800 but CPU Z is showing 376.5 (a CPU/8 multiplier). Shouldn't this be showing 400Mhz?

X2 6000 works at 3Ghz stock speed. Overclock your Proccy to 3.2 Ghz. Since 3.2 ie, 32 is a multiple of 4, it will give you full 400 Mhz for the memory
