I see options for USB Floppy, USB CD and USB ZIP drive!

Is it possible to boot from Pen drive or some other memory stick?

Yes it does!
Sorry, I was stupid and expect that I need to put removable USB-HDD as a first boot device!
Unfortunately, my USB Stick put itself /well, bios do that/ in HD devices and only what I need to do is to mark it as boot!

It Work flawlessly!
