dfi nf2 ultra inf with 2x256 corsair bh-6 (dual) +new mem

Okay here's the story. I've had my dfi nf2 ultra infinity running with 2x256 Corsair PC3000 BH-6 (dual channel) and i could achieve 2-2-2-5-13-15 240mhz @ 3.3V 12cm fan blowing on 'em

Then my friend gave me this Transcend PC3200 256MB stick (single sided like my corsairs) but i'm not sure what chips they have.. i remember googling yesterday and discovered that they might be bh-5 (the newer batch aka not that oldskool bh5 )

..So my question is,

What bios do u recommend and what about APIC mode and CPC (now disab. - enab.) when running with 3 sticks of DDR?
Now i'm running 2,5-3-3-11-13-15 @ 200mhz. I'm hoping that finding mod bios that is good for 3 mem sticks will give me chance to go something like 230-240mhz FSB with 2.5/2 -2-2-7-13-15 =)

I got that tMOD v9.5 CD but i don't want to start flashing and testing because my bios corrupted when i first got that third mem stick and started changing latencys and trying to get it stable with atleast settings like i'm running on now.. hmm did i forget something... yes i believe the reason why the bios got corrupted is because i had HellFire rev#3 for SS 256mb BH5 (if i remember correctly) and it didn't like the third mem stick
