Combination wired/wireless network card for desktop pc ?

I've been trying to locate a combination wired/wireless network card for my desktop and not having any success, so I though I'd try asking here and see if anyone had come across such a beast ?

Preferably 10/100/1000 wired and I think 802.11g for wireless.
PCIe 1x slot would be good.

Any suggestions appreciated.
