Code 10, network adapter

I recently replaced my motherboard. I have a P5N-D from ASUS. Everything works great except the network adaptor. When I start my computer the new hardware wizard attempts to install it. Then it fails and says "code 10 This device cannot start". When I go into my device manager there is a yellow exclamation point over the NVIDIA nForce networking controller. When I click properties it gives me the same "code 10 This device cannot start." I have tried updating drivers (perhaps the wrong ones?...I'm up for suggestions...). I have tried going through different BIOS settings (suggested by NVIDIA). Nothing I have tried seems to work. Please help me fix this
