Can I use X1600pro with my IDEQ 200P ?

I have IDEQ 200P
Athlon 64 3000+
2x 1GB RAM
1x 80G IDE Harddisk
1x ASUS 16x DVD writer
and some USB Device with their own Power supply.
No FDD, No card reader and No additional Sound card at all.
Power supply, fan and other are original IDEQ SFF.
I can't find bigger IDEQ PSU in my county.

I'm using Radeon 9600SE without any problems.
But only 200 Watt PSU. Can I replace the old VGA with
something like AGP ATI X1600pro or Nvidia GF6800XT ?

Only guessing but I think power could be an issue..........and heat in that small case with a high end card.
