ActiveArmor and the Netopia firewall

I'm using Netopia 2241N-VGx DSL gateway with a built-in firewall. I've noticed in the ActiveArmor log that NAM it's blocking UDP Port 53, some sample entries:

Source: IP 192.168.1.254 UDP Port 53, Destination: IP 192.168.1.1 UDP Port 1911.
Source: IP 192.168.1.254 UDP Port 53, Destination: IP 192.168.1.1 UDP Port 1898
Source: IP 192.168.1.254 UDP Port 53, Destination: IP 192.168.1.1 UDP Port 1887

also

Blocked ICMP Packet, Source: 192.168.1.254, Destination: 192.168.1.1, ICMPv4 Type 3, ICMPv4 Code: 0.

etc. . .

192.168.1.254 is Netopia's IP address. Is that a problem or is ActiveArmor operating as it should?
