MemTest86+ errors using BIOS revision 1103 or 1205?

If so, try flashing to 1009 to possibly remedy this problem. I can't say whether 1303, latest as of Dec 01 2006, cures or
fixes this, so if you're on 1303 and experiencing this I'd say it too apparently suffers from these MemTest86+ errors.

Some say it's fantom errors being produced as they don't experience any real problems, and live with it. Then again there
are some that experience serious problems. Either way I personally wouldn't have it like that, whether expressed as real
or fantom errors

A8N32-SLI Deluxe CPU Support Page
(on the above linked page it appears as though 1009 supports, as of Dec 01 2006, every CPU. But be sure BEFORE flashing !)

Linked A8N32-SLI Deluxe BIOS 1009 from Asus Support, Global.

I'd appreciate it if anyone flashes to remember to come back here and post your findings.

I will give this guide a go and try to overclock my Opteron 170. Even a 10% OC will be a good 200MHz for me.
