Hi Jeanfrederic,
If I recall correctly, there are two versions of 8RDA3+. The only difference was the AC97 sound chip. One is Realtek, the other is Cmedia. My mobo uses Cmedia, so I will post links accordingly.
Nforce Chipset Drivers (Squall's remix)
Secondary Ethernet (Realtek 8139; just download the latest auto install package)
Cmedia 9739 Sound Chip (Beta driver, haven't had any problems since it came out)
Sil 3112 is problematic for me, so I can't recommend a driver. I am currently using the one that came from Windows Update. 1.0.56.1 was the version number I guess.
If your board uses Realtek sound, go to their official page and download from there.
Cheers... |

I am not much into cooling. I have a Thermaltake Volcano 9 as CPU cooler and a good case with one 12 cm and two 8 cm slow revving Cooler Master fans, on XP2200+ CPU. Didn't ever bother with much else.
And, IMHO any Zalman will beat the crap out of the stock fan.
Cheers.... |

Hey Tosbaa, thx for reply.
Actually, i have a big fan flowing on my CPU by the lateral pannel.
Anyway, i'll change the "crappy stock fan" by the Zalman.
Thx again for your info. |
