66MHz PCI bus on TForce 6100?

I have a TForce 6100 mobo I'm planning on using as a small server and have a couple of old PCI cards that I'd like to use for gigabit LAN and RAID storage. Both PCI cards are compatible with both 33MHz and 66MHz PCI buses, so I'd like to increase the PCI clock to 66MHz. Is this possible on the TForce 6100 and has anyone done this before?

I'll be using onboard video, so the PCIe slot will be empty if that has any impact...
