1.0-5341 drivers

hey

one can get 1.0-5341 graphics drivers from http://www.pny.com/support/drivers/?prod=quadro
dont know whats new and they are marked as "quadro only" but look like a regular
driver dist.

maybe one like to test'em

Thanks! I have seen in pkg a programm which we all know and wanted! nvidia-settings

from the ReadMe:

This version of the drivers does not by default allow stereo to be used with Digital flat panels or other DVI display devices. This was because the pixels of such devices in many cases are not able to respond ata sufficient rate.

To override this behavior, the following option in the XFree86Config file should be used:

Option "AllowDFPStereo" "boolean"
By default, the NVIDIA X driver performs a check which
disables active stereo (stereo options 1, 2, and 3)
if the X screen is driving a DFP. The "AllowDFPStereo"
option bypasses this check.

Will try it with my ut2044 demo bench and others.

They seems to be a little faster as 5336. With ut2004 I get ~5 FPS more, but it can also be my new XF86 4.4rc or the kernel.

well for some odd reason none of the settings except the color correction settings are in my nvidia-settings. interesting........any ideas?
