Installation Notes
This is a beta package of nForce drivers is for use with Microsoft Windows XP 64-bit Edition for Extended Systems build 1069 or later. Please visit Microsoft’s website for more information on this operating system for Windows XP 64 Edition for Extended Systems
Release Notes
This package includes support for all 32-bit nForce3 features. This includes:
- Networking (Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100)
- Audio
- IDE (SATA and PATA)
- RAID
- Firewall
Both the operating system and these drivers are still in BETA. Known issues include the following:
- Audio pops and clicks may occur while playing certain games
- The NvMixer environment page has no entries in the preset dropdown box
- IDE driver does not include support for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the SCSI_PASS_THROUGH structures. This may prevent some CD/DVD ripping and burning software from working correctly.
