Sources said motherboard company Epox is close to releasing a socket 754 Nforce 4 SLI unit that will support Sempron CPUs.
The board doesn’t need two memory modules because it’s only a single channel system, and is aimed at system integrators. Because the board is socket 754, it’s also cheaper than a socket 939 unit.
Bringing a whole new dimension of upgradeability and performance to the socket 754 platform in a high value package, the NForce 4 SLi based mainboard, the EP-8NPA SLi gives gamers the performance they desire at an affordable cost.
